Michael's is perhaps one of the few caterers which also features 100 percent "homemade" butlered hors d'oeuvres. Refusing to use any box-type or frozen hors d'oeuvres, one staff member has sole responsibility for making up to 40 different kinds of hors d'oeuvres, producing between 3,000-5,000 a week.
